Weight Loss Services
Initial Consultation
In the first meeting, the healthcare professional will examine your medical background and talk about your health objectives. To commence the process, you'll need to complete various forms and questionnaires. Following this, we'll provide you with a request for laboratory tests, and you'll revisit for your treatment initiation appointment 1-2 weeks after receiving the lab results.
Lite Weight Semaglutide
This is a month-long program encompassing initial laboratory assessments, two follow-up sessions every two weeks, and a one-month provision of Semaglutide – a weekly subcutaneous injection (GLP-1 diabetic medication), FDA approved for weight loss. This package is well-suited for individuals aiming to shed 6-8 pounds in the initial month and sustain their weight with a combination of diet and exercise thereafter. Keep in mind that individual outcomes may differ.*
Heavy Weight Semaglutide
This is a three-month program comprising initial laboratory assessments, six follow-up sessions every two weeks, and a three-month provision of Semaglutide – a weekly subcutaneous injection (GLP-1 diabetic medication), FDA approved for weight loss. Payment can be made monthly, divided into three installments. Keep in mind that individual outcomes may differ.*

Anu Shrestha, an AANP board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, is the founder of Absolute Health and Wellness. She earned her master’s degree at UT at Arlington. Anu has worked in the health care industry for 12 years in various areas mostly in the occupational medicine focused on injury prevention and health promotion of the clients. Due to her passion and interest in the weight loss and overall wellness, Anu has continued her training in the medical weight loss & other wellness arenas and is determined to provide patient-centered health care. Anu believes that the health is the biggest asset of a person. She strongly believes everyone should work towards to attain their personal best and she is focused to help all her patients achieve that.
